Capabilities

Cut, ground and proven — all under one roof

Gear Hobbing

Module 0.5–20, up to 1,200 mm OD. Gleason and Liebherr hobbers with on-machine probing.

Profile Grinding

Reishauer continuous-generation grinding to AGMA Class 12 / DIN 3 flank accuracy.

Spline & Keyway Cutting

Involute and straight-sided splines, broached keyways, DIN 5480 and ANSI B92.1 fits.

CNC Turning & Milling

5-axis blanks, housings and shafts machined in-cell so gears and mates always fit.

Vacuum Heat Treatment

Carburizing, induction hardening and cryogenic stabilization with full furnace-charge traceability.

Reverse Engineering

Worn or undocumented legacy gears scanned, re-parameterized and returned as production drawings.

Core processes in detail

Roughing and finishing hobs run on six Gleason P-series machines with automatic tool-wear compensation. Shaper cutters handle internal gears and shoulder-adjacent teeth that hobs cannot reach. Typical lot sizes range from a single prototype to 5,000-piece production releases, with quick-change workholding keeping setup under 40 minutes.

Quote & DFM Review

Within 48 hours you get pricing plus a manufacturability note flagging anything that adds avoidable cost.

02

Fixture & Program

Workholding, hob selection and CNC programs are built and stored under your part number for repeat orders.

03

First Article

A complete FAI package — dimensional report, material certs, hardness map — ships before production starts.

04

Production Run

SPC-monitored machining with in-process probing; deviations halt the cell automatically.

05

Ship & Support

Documented, bagged and labeled to your spec. Field issues get an engineer on the phone the same day.
