Yes. Every shipment includes lead, profile, pitch and runout charts for the sampled parts, plus material certs traced to the heat lot. First articles ship with a complete FAI package.
On ground gears up to module 8, yes — our Reishauer cells hold Class 12 flank tolerances in production, verified by closed-loop CMM feedback on every fifth part.
It never ships. The lot is quarantined, the root cause is documented in our 8D system, and you are notified before the promised date is at risk — not after.
Any time. Several aerospace and rail customers audit us annually; we can also host remote source inspection over live video from the metrology lab.
