How fast will I get a quote?

Complete RFQs (drawing + quantity + date) are quoted within 48 business hours. Incomplete ones get a clarifying call first.

What files do you accept?

STEP and DXF are ideal. PDF drawings work too — and if all you have is a worn sample gear, ship it to us and we'll measure it.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, routinely. Send yours with the RFQ or use our mutual NDA template — either is fine before any drawing changes hands.

Do you ship internationally?

We export to Canada, the EU and Mexico weekly, with Incoterms of your choice and full export documentation handled in-house.
