Built to your drawing from certified forgings, these large spur gears serve mining conveyors, rail traction systems and rolling-mill drives where failure is not an option.
Every gear is normalized before cutting, carburized or induction-hardened per spec, and finish-ground with lead and profile charts documented at four positions around the rim. One-piece orders are welcome — many of these gears are critical spares.
